Events

As part of its efforts to raise funds Caritas, in partnership with the Caritas Foundation, hosts a variety of events throughout the year. These events range from the Gala, to the Summer BBQ, to our Annual Golf Tournament, and the largest yearly Caritas fundraiser, the Telethon. In addition to securing funds for the Project, our events also serve as an opportunity for community awareness and education. For example, the Together Event, held in the fall, is a chance for program residents and their families to share their stories with guests, helping to raise awareness about addiction.

Residential Program

The duration of the program is 25 months and it is offered as a complete experience in 4 phases. Caritas has both urban and rural settings: The main Centre and residences located in North Toronto, and the 90 acre farm and spiritual Centre, located approximately 25 minutes north of the Centre.
