Funding
The Caritas Project Community Against Drugs (The “HSP”), entered into a Service Accountability Agreement with Central Local Health Integration Network (the “LHIN”) in April, 2011.
Per section 8.5 of the agreement, a copy of the Service Accountability Agreement is available to the public upon request.
Residential Program
The duration of the program is 25 months and it is offered as a complete experience in 4 phases. Caritas has both urban and rural settings: The main Centre and residences located in North Toronto, and the 90 acre farm and spiritual Centre, located approximately 25 minutes north of the Centre.
