My Big Mistake

Steve writes: One of my biggest mistakes in life is not building a close relationship with my father. As I got older and more into my drug use we really drifted apart. When I was 20 years old he passed away from cancer. I will never be able to have that close relationship that I want with him now, not in this life time anyway. I wish I could go back in time and do things differently but I can’t. What I learned from this grave mistake is to cherish the people you love. Don’t take them for granted and make sure you tell them exactly how much you love them. You never know when they’ll be gone for good.

Residential Program

The duration of the program is 25 months and it is offered as a complete experience in 4 phases. Caritas has both urban and rural settings: The main Centre and residences located in North Toronto, and the 90 acre farm and spiritual Centre, located approximately 25 minutes north of the Centre.
